The Riddlewood Sunnybrae Community Association sponsors this event each year for all dues-paying residents.  For a $5 fee, we will place ads in three newspapers, post signs the day of the event, and provide you with balloons for your mailbox.  You may register any time before the sale, but in order to have your home identified on a map to be given to shoppers, please sign up by April 20th.

 

This has been a very popular and successful event in past years, so collect your “attic treasures” and prepare for a day of fun and profit!

Checks should be made payable to RSCA.  Please include your name, address and phone number with your payment.

 

Yard Sale Tips

 

Neatly display your articles for sale—they will sell better.

Shine your knick knacks.

Put stuff in bags or boxes—people will buy more.

Place a free box by the curb to attract passers by.

Have $50 in coins/single dollars to make change.

Charge 1/4 of the original price, check prices against Ebay.

If you are selling hats or anything people will try on, have a mirror for them to see themselves.

Selling refreshments helps people linger and may buy more.

LPs—50 cents—$2

Pants—$1—$2

Jackets $1—$3

Come join us for the community Easter Egg Hunt.  Don’t forget to bring your basket!

 

Candy donations and Wawa gift cards for prizes are being accepted for the Easter Event.  You can drop them off to Chris Gallo at 81 War Admiral.
